Hey everyone, I have 3 Northern Lights going and today I did my first LST for them. It’s day 20 for 1 plant, day 18 for the other 2. Plant 1 is 7” tall, the other 2 are 4 inches tall and very squatted, their bottom set of leaves actually are touching the soil and they aren’t even drooping. I’m wondering how often I should adjust the LST to expose other sides of the plant? Also when I make the adjustments could/should I bend the plant back the opposite direction or just make small adjustments that don’t drastically change the direction of the original bend? And should I be concerned about the height of my short plants? A 900w Viparspectra LED is currently 23” above their canopies, should I raise it to encourage them to stretch out or are they fine being so squatted? Thanks in advance for any input!
