No trouble with mine. I've got 2 of the new style 5w 300's and one old style 3w 600's and no issues yet. Had the 300s about 5-6 months and the 600 since the beginning of the year roughly. If mine went out I'd be upset but if I paid what you did I'd be on fire
Oh I'm with you man .. you know I was going to get amare technologies solo spec 450 uvb but it was going to be about 400 more . I was warned by I can't count how many people telling me to stay away from mars but I wanted to save money so this is what I get for being a cheap ass. If sara from mars hydro fix's it quick and gets me the part fast and it's easy to fix then no harm no foul.. but if I have to open it up and test it with a multi meter which I don't have then I'm going to be pissed . I'm pretty passive . But honestly what can I do what can we do as customers ???!?!? nothing because they are in China and really they could just tell me to fuck off. I don't think the chick sara will because she seems very nice.
Yeah I've never had any issues with them but after seeing the difference it sounds like the Amare would have been the better bet - even if you went with something smaller than the 400... Still debating if I want/need to add another light cuz damn those amare lights do look pretty sweet...
I'm going to save and get that 450 or 2 of the 260 .. and if something like this were to happen with the amare panel victor would just ship you out a new one and when you received the new one you would send the broken one back. But I don't think amare has problems like mars. Or they just don't have nearly as many panels sold ..
You would think of there was gonna be a problem that one of the guys here would have come across it by now. Not saying they all don't have problems but it's how you take care of the customers when problems arise that says it all.
I agree man . And I really think that Sara will look out for me.. I mean up until this point I've really liked the light . Other than the plants staying small

I appricate it brother ! I bought the light thru smoke sara . So I've been posting on her thread on another forum .. so just waiting on her . I was thinking about getting my 600w hps back from my friend and throwing in the closet and shipping this one to the repair center .. unless it ends up being easy to fix ..
