Lil black bugs

Hi yall,
Problem: Got a plant infested with tiny black bugs that jump (at least i think they jump or really bad at flying). and leave shinny poops on leaves.

Medium/grow method: soil

Feed: and supplements used: biogrow 1ml plus bio-bloom per litre every other feed

water source: tap water

Strain/age: easy bud rqs/ around 2 months

light used: Lec 315 /24h but atleast 1 time per week I turn it off to do cleaning/ 50 cm to top

Climate: usually between 24C-30C and 39-51 rh

Additional info: from the last weekend to this it appeared

I'm not sure what they are but you better get some garden safe bug spray right away and also looks like mold starting so watch that.

What is a safe bug spray and how do I apply it?
I have a lot of air circulation and the rh is about 39% how can I detect mold getting started?

I got some new photos of the culprits, and i got a larvae but I wasn't able to take a pic of it, it was super tiny and fell somewhere...
anyone knows what this is?
