Indoor lights on 24 hours a day or 20/4?

Im abt 2 weeks into my grow and haven't went and got a timer yet.. any one think i should stay 24hours a day or swith to 20/4?

You can stay on 24 hours for a bit longer, but I'd switch to 20/4 when you can, they need sleep too
