Indoor Light setup problem

hello,
im new here and a newbie in growing so i have a few questions.
i have already looked up several sites forums and threads but actually found nothing useful.
so here it is
im going to use a 400w hps AND a 125w blue cfl (for the blue spec. in early stage) in 100x100x200cm for 4 plants.
how should i set that up?
the 400w is going to be horizontal above the plants as it should be (60-70cm above,depending on the heat)
but how should i set up the 125w ?
should i put it on the side and rotate the plants every now and then or should i put it under the HPS (but that doesnt sound good).

any advice ?

OR should i just grow with only 400w hps all the way ?

I think most using HID lighting switch bulbs between metal halides bulbs for veg since it is more blue/white and then switch to hps for flower. That being said the seedlings may do better under just the cfl until they get some size on them. I know my seedlings show much better growth for me under a 13w cfl than 380w led. If it were me and I was running both id setup the hps on a slight angle and the cfl on a steeper angle for side lighting.

You can use the 400w HPS for veg if you have sufficient ventilation. The HPS throws a lot of heat down towards the plants and if you have to raise the HPS too high to compensate for the heat, the plants will stretch and have long internode spacing.

i will also use a BAL electric ballast switch which i think could handle the heat problem.
From what i've heard they dont give the HPS the opportunity to create that much heat, what do you think ?
and you say i should use the CFL only in the beginning ? for how many days ? maybe for the first 15-20 days ?
and if heat is going to be a problem ill get a cool tube as well

Blackshawarma... I'm just starting up a grow in a 90x90 tent with a 400 watts hps. I'm not a professional grower but I think I will do ok. When are u going to start up and what seeds will u do?
