Hi I have a little dilemma

I discovered tonight that my light's timer has stopped working and my lights have been on 24/0 for who knows how long  I found this out as I am up with insomnia! So my girls are at 49 days (around 14 of which flowering) and had been on a 20/4 light schedule.

Should I leave things at 24/0 or should I adjust to a different schedule?

:peace:

You can run at either dude,I prefer 20/4 so my girls get a little rest but there are plenty of people who run 24/0.

its totaly your choice i run mine 18/6 all the time i notice alot of growth during the 6 hrs off but up to you 24/0 - 20/4 - 18/6

Thanks for the replies :toke: I should have probably explained my concerns better first time around but at 5am with no sleep I clearly wasn't 100%. My concern isn't which schedule to revert back to but more of whether my ladies will be sensitive to a schedule change. I well aware that auto's are not photosensitive in terms of veg to flower but will the change stress the girls out? At this stage and with all the troubles I've had so far the last thing I want is to upset my girls any more :smokebuds:

Just do it gradually dude, go to 23/1 for a few days then 22/2 and so on.

I really doubt you're gonna see any difference. I for one have never beeen convinced the little auto bud factories need any rest......That being said, a non-performing timers can be a nuisance to a grow....if you have the heat handled, leave'em on 24/0....get FULL energy FULL tiem to finish ys buds.

I may just leave them 24/0 then as they don't show any signs of stress yet. Heat is not an issue, in fact it is something I'm interested in after reading the description on MI5 it says they can develop their purple Afghani trait if grown outside and from what I believe that is due to temperatures dropping at night (please correct me if I'm wrong) so I have been looking into simulating this indoors :bong:
