I have a small humidifier that puts off a blue light during lights out.. i was wondering is this or can this effect my plants at all..?

I doubt it, if it's constant. You could always put black tape on it, to be safe.

Autoflower's do not have light restrictions. You will be just fine. If you are still worried, then put a few layers of dark masking tape over the lighted area.

its inside of the humidifier though so not sure how to tape it up..

I have used that exact same humidifier for over a year with no problems at all.

I also upped to a 20 oz bottle with good results. Slightly top heavy, but if you are carefull no problems.
