Light green speckles on some leaves help! :(

Ive been on holiday for 2 weeks and before I left there was no signs of this.. ive had a friend come in and water her every few days, i have a feeling she might have been slightly over watered, this could be part of the problem. Also, I told my friend to use a pre made mix I made to water her with, it was blackstrap mollases mixed with water, but highly diluted.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be and how I could remedy this? Thanks!

Strange that. Is it all over the plant or confined to lower leaves. All plants or just one strain. what is you setup and strains Murky ?

You've got insects, most likely Thrips. Threat them with some Neem Oil and you should be fine.
