Light burn? or pests

Theres almost holes in the leaf im guessing maybe I had the light too close what do think it's only on 3 leaves on each plant you'll have to zoom in to see it

Pretty sure it neither....probably just a couple deformed leaves. I've seen quite a few plants do this in the first few sets of leaves and then be fine the rest of its life.
