I recently posted on another forum that shall remain nameless. My question was if anyone had any experience with Lenofocus? I was inundated with replies hating on them i asked most of the repliers if they had personal experience which they didnt, the situation was i had already sent funds to LF for a LF100 when they launched the MX1200 which was slightly more i had read mixed reviews on the LF100 so thought i would pay the diff to upgrade so I HAVE got personal experience and the MX1200 is smashing it the AK420 its over has got more flower on than any auto ive grown so far and the colours are amazing trich production 2 so dont be a hater try for yourself!!

I haven't heard of em. Looking at it. Doesn't seem too bad of a price. And obviously your very pleased and your plant looks pleased. Looks decent for a 2x2 or maybe 2.5x2.5. Few questions How's the heat output? What are the dimming options? Is there a warranty? How would you compare to a couple Cobs or an hlg100 or 135?

I'd love those for new growers but the chip they use isn't all that bad compared to other manufacturers offering Epistar. The ppfd is low but for an auto over 18-24 it's pretty good for the price. 800ppfd at 12" would have been better but I'm sure a larger wattage driver could be switched out at the expense of efficiency.

Thank you for showing this, I nice cheap clean solution for new growers that isn't blurples. If I remember right, these lights are using the same chips as bridgelux eb gen 2 which are more efficient than the Samsung diodes of that generation.

The mx1200 looks alright in paper but it didn't have a ppfd chart. A 120° beam angle would be preferred but there's no chart to even start with.

If you plan on advertising is suggest you contact @Son of Hobbes
He’s not advertising he’s sharing his experience with a product he purchased. Nothing wrong with that.

I generally just look at user’s name when reading but you’re right having the link in his profile may be a violation may not. Lol I’m no mod or admin

I just didn't want him to get in trouble lol

They seem to have a decent price in comparison to other lights. Still I consider them expensive for what they offer. If I had to choose one of their models I would prefer the smd chip models, because in practice they are more luminus. Still they are in my opinion much better for the plants than many very expensive models and brands in the market.
