leeching

The tips of the leaves are going brown and crispy. Its not burn as i moved it and the new leaves are the same. Does leeching mean i soak it with water?
I am growing in soil.cheers

Need some pictures.How old are they?If its not burn from the lights it could be to many nutes.Flushing is the correct word.To flush givr your plant three times the amount of water that the pot size is.Let the water run out the bottom to clean out any excess nutes or salt build up.The don't give nutes until the second watering and only use a light dose of your fertilizer.
