LED Burn/Bleaching

One of my plants got a too close to light and now it is bleached but not crispy like an hps burn.

What should I do trim that part off or leave it be?

They still look like mostly functional/living leaves. Unless they get progressively worse, are going to die, I'd leave them.

Otherwise, I see only 2 affected top leaves, and they are only partially affected. This is totally trivial, irrelevant, nothing to be concerned about, whether you leave or pluck them [just my view; others may see things differently].

Just raise the light and let it continue to grow
