First time grower here looking for some help.

Plants are in week 5 of 8. I'm growing in Pro-Mix Organic Soil (https://www.promixgardening.com/en/product/detail/promix-premium-organic-vegetable-herb-mix). Temperature in tent is 75F and humidity is 50. I'm using a 600w LED grow light and it's 18" above top of plants. For the first 4 weeks I gave them water only. At the start of week 5 I added in some KoolBloom Dry Ripener (http://www.brewandgrow.com/koolbloom-dry.html). They recommended 1/4 tsp per gallon of water but I cut it back to 1/8 tsp per gallon. I don't know if it's related but 3 days later the yellow leaves appeared. I've watered them again since but went back to just water as I thought the KoolBloom might've be the problem. What do you think caused this and what should I do?

Just a quick thought - maybe you gave them a flowering accelerant and now they're starving.

It is common for a few bottom leaves to yellow so not to worry.I would remove all yellow leaves. What is the NPK numbers on your feed nutes?

I think therein lies the problem as I was just informed on another forum. I was told that with this organic soil I would only have to water. What would you recommend I get for nutes?

:toke:- late on getting feeds in mate, that soil isn't rich enough, and now it's caught up,... Bad advise from that "other forum"! Unless it's specifically made as a "water only" soil, some sort of feeding will be needed sooner, not later,....
...KoolBloom is a PK booster, not a base nutrient bloom it has no N, lacks complete nute coverage like base nutes do,... Mostly this is N defc. lowers getting heavily tapped out, but P is in high demand now, and the larger patchy necrosis is P defc.,... one shot isn't going to catch up for weeks of underfeeding, it'll take a few rounds and some time,.... get a proper base bloom nute, you will almost certainly get a micronute defc. kicking off before long if you don't, and those are far bitchier to fix! Are you in the States? If so, look into Earth Juice Microblast,.....
