Leaf tips starting to curl

Hi people ' im on my first grow and this morning i checked on my girls to notice one of the plants [ gorilla glue ] was curling under on the tips ' she is in a 12 ltr pot growing in bio bizz light mix along with three other strains in a tent under 2 x 300w meizhi led lights ' she is 12 days old along with one other the other two are a day younger ' On day 4 i watered all 4 plants with approx 2 litres of water each after 8 days i watered again this time with bio grow nutes only 2.5ml to 10 litres of water of which i gave them about another 2 litres each plenty of run off which phd at 5.95. Any advice on what i could have done wrong.

Looks ok could be over water. Should grow out of it.let the pot dry some before watering let the roots hunt.

Thank you that's what I've read online I just wanted to hear from someone with experience.
