I grew a large plant. Half pounder. Problem is It is all loose larfy bud. Zero bag appeal visually. Real nice aroma. Very pleasant full body relaxation. Everyone loves it. I was going to extract it all. A friend suggested I pre roll it. What a great idea! Only issue will be this one has such an abundance of sugar leaves it will take forever to trim out enough leaves to insure it ends up smooth.

Ya but can't present it as nugs. Once its cured I'm going to trim leaves on the best of the popcorn and grind it and put it in pre rolls. The restnis going into gummies. Extracting 1/2 oz of high quality shake and popcorn now.

See the old people I deal with don't care wat it looks like as long as it does way it's supposed to I only keep an oz or 2 of buds around the rest gets made into wax or shatter or rick simpson oil. Mater of fact one of my dad's buddies pulled out some pics of plants in the early 70s and let me tell you bud back then was stringy, airy, and light weight and to top it off it was a nasty brownish color. I personally have lightly rolled a few buds in my hand that works ok to form a more dense nug if it's that spongey. Anyhow post up some pics of ur extract love looking at hash! What type of light are you using. Usually light airy buds are from light not being strong enough.

Ya I'm full spectrum mix of cobs and SMD. These were ilunder 630 watts in a 4x4. They had a lot of light. This plant was exposed to the same light as other plants that produced tight nugs so...

I have added a little more light to the tent have about 800w in a 4x4.

I did an iso extraction last night with dome good material. 1/2 oz. I did 3 rinses of about 3/4 cup of alcohol. Added the resin to 75ml of coconut oil. Only got 15mg of THC per ML of oil. Seems really low. I've done that well with boiling coconut oil and water. Making gummies by the way

15 mg a ml is that max tcheck measures? If so you need to take a little of that concentrate oil and dillute with more oil to determine actual amount.

I thougbt it was 20. But it should error out if the reading is higher. No?
