Hi guys so I've only recently joined the forum, I am quiet new to growing and by that I mean this is my first ever plant however she is 70 days from germ now so I got 70 days worth of xp points gained from asking a friend who set me up with a 250w hps and the wonders of the internet.
So I had a 250w hps and that was it the following is what I acquired to start my grow and finish it (haha)
Kush o matic seed + others that didn't germ
15liter bucket
Miracle grow soil
Perlite
Fabric wardrobe
Emergency blanket
Thermometer
So I got all this and set up my little grow tent, germinated the seed in the soil done lots of research about water, light distance, temps, light schedule everything I could think of. At first I was moving the light constantly up and down unsure of the perfect height, if it got bushy I raised it if it got lanky I lowered it. So not the best life a plant could have especially since I didn't have a timer that worked (this was a pain) after going through about 10 different timers I got a cheap multipack that had good reviews and it worked. But that wasn't until the plant was about 45days old so until then it randomly got turned off for approx 4 hours a day.
The next stage of her life was a big change as she rapidly outgrew the fabric wardrobe which I had bought and destroyed modifying, so I got a grow tent (way too big for my bedroom) and a 600w light with extractor fan and bought a big decent oscillating fan. This all happened around day 45 aswell. So set all that up and I panicked about the heat as it looked like she was heat damaged but I put it down to the big change in enviroment because after a few days she was thriving!!
I forgot to add I started using canna Terra nutrients at day 21 full strenght. I done a 20litre flush day 60 and have only been feeding her pH balanced water since then, quiet a few fan leaves are starting to die off now which If I'm not mistaken is normal?
Just wondering how do you know for sure when it's ready without microscope? I bought a microscope but it's a cheap one and I don't think it's very good.

First grows are so exciting George and a constant learning process. You're at the greatest site on the web and I applaud you for what you've accomplished so far! More experienced members will be along to offer advice and encouragement, because that's just how we roll around here!
