Has anyone used promix ultimate organic mix? I bought a bag and thought i would try it . It contains peat moss, composted shrimp shells and seaweed along with mycorise which help root system to capture available nutrients in the soil.It also has limestone for correct ph and perlite. It also has avec bio stimulants and it doesn't explain what that is ,so i am waiting for a call from there customer service to explain this.If I learn anything else I will post it.I will try this on one plant to compare it with ffof.

That sounds like a really nice mix. It doesn't sound like a pre-ferted mix but more of a base for people who use TLO or add their own amendments. I say this because the ingredients you mention seem to all be pointed toward feeding a microherd, which is what the "avec bio stimulants" sounds like it might be providing. But, if it also contains a mixture of guanos and minerals you don't mention, it may be a complete soil mix, unlike the soil less mixes Pro-Mix is known for.

It will be interesting to see what Pro-Mix tells you.

Why is part of the description in French? Is it only sold in Quebec or something. Anyway sounds interesting. I wonder if it is sterlilised to make sure no spider mites get inside. Sometimes the organic mixes aren't cause it kills good microbes. Which scares me I got mitaphobia big time.

I found out that the avec bio stimulants on the bag are the same as the micorise which is a endomycorrhizae fungi which help the roots absorb the micrnutes and also the reg nutes. It is all pure organic and listed with the omri institute which varifies all organic material.

I have 3 plants living in the promix ultimate organic as we speak.
It is real nice, won't hurt seedlings. It drains well for me, I added 1 in straight perlite to bottom of pots though.
This stuff is great, plants love it. If u keep your ph at bay, you will love the results this stuff gives u.

I water with RO mixed with 1 tbsp/gal grow big, and 2 tbsp/gal bat guano for first couple weeks. They love it, I think.
Ph is 5.5-5.6 on the grow big mix, and 6.3-6.6 wen guano is added.
Runoff of the promix organic is 5.9-6.6 depending.

My verdict, id recommend this promix organic to anyone.

I'm am a first time grower and with this stuff I was able to get these babies 9" high and 12" in diameter at 27-33 days. Photo bag seed.
One of my babies is two w3eks behind the bigger ones but its 6" tall and way bushier. It has 11-fingered leaves. Two sets of them.
The taller ones only have 9-fingered leaves.

Get the promix!! U will thank everyone later.

Thanks burnin, are you sure you wern't super stoned when you saw the eleven and nine fingered fans.Ive grown outside and inside and never saw fan leaves like that.If the promix works out like you say I will stay with that for my future grows.Im waiting on one little bitch that won't stop flowering after more than nine weeks, but i guess thats a good thing.PEACE.

Nope. Im 100%. Two sets of 11 fingered leaves. New growth is the same.

Maybe a freak of nature? It's healthy green smells skunky mixed with juicy fruit gum.

I'm pretty good at basic addition, 11 it is.
