Has anyone here ever tried kessil LED grow lights?
I have been looking at them for a while and I must admit, I am intrigued.

My growroom has two 150w HPS and I am looking into supplemental lighting.
I was thinking about possibly adding a few of the Kessil H150 LED fixtures. They offer purple, magenta, red and blue.

Would adding one of each to my growspace be beneficial?
I my mind, I am thinking "more wave lengths is better". Am I correct?

They are pretty pricey for what they do and you may be better off going with a different LED with more of a mixed spectrum since you would need more than one especially with price as a consideration. If not then add a few red and maybe a blue.

What LED fixtures would be a good choice for the supplementation of two 150 watt HPS?

Yeah I was looking at these as well. Could you imagine a growroom with Three of the Kessil 350s and Six of the Hessil 150s for supplementation? Sounds pretty sweet, and expensive...

the kessil's are not the best choice, single spectrum lights that cost that much is not your best bang for the buck! a good led panel has a mixed spectrum and a larger footprint for less money per watt. i am not saying they are lousy lights just they are to expensive for what you would need to supplement remember given wattage on any lights is not what they draw. and thats the same for kessil.

the one used the most is probably blackstar a good number of growers on this site use them. i have two blackstars and had a very good grow from them. they are highly recommended by many members:thumbs:View attachment 68785
