Indoor John ines tomato concentrate plant food

I am in weeks 8,9,10 with some Duurty and Blueberry dragons and have only that John ines concentrate tomato plant food left.
Could I give straight half the recommended bottle dosage? Or anyone with some knowledge on that food?
