Japanese rainbow hemp seeds on eBay?WTF is this shit?

So I recently found shit loads of seeds for sale on eBay as hemp seeds. Then I found some gorgeous colored rainbow hemp in shades of blue reds orange purple pink etc they call it rainbow hemp?

Some of the pics look like autos.... Very colorful and a few listings showed frosty flowers. I saw some listing claiming to be organic. I sent a message to one seller and asked if they had been genetically modified to enhance the colors and if the bloom all year. He simply replied "yes"?
