When you have Regular seeds there is about a 50/50 ratio on male to females. Some say it depends on certain conditions, but that's another story.
Males will produce pollen sacks and no buds, the females have the buds of course. You can take pollen from a male and pollinate a female yourself. Or just leave em in the tent together. There are several ways to do it, but just to answer you...Yes. If you pollinate a female, that's how you get seeds. But unless you want hundreds and hundreds don't pollinate your whole female plant, just a branch and you will get plenty of seeds.
