Is this Powdery Mildew or milk residue?(pictures)

Hi!
I have written about how i discovered small white stuff on a couple of leafs and decided to, spray my plants with a milk water 3:2 ratio solution. And lower the humidity in my tent. Now i have this white residue that dosen't go away and i want to ask you to help me identify if it is PM or just simply residue from the solution.

From what I read and see on the net I would be inclined to say that's residue leftover from the spray but don't hold me to that I'm sure someone a lot more qualified will be along soon best of luck

Thanks for the reply! I also suspect that but since i am a new grower everything makes me panic and freakout (lol) wich explains all the recent thread starts from me.

residue from the foliar,... get a rinse on her with a proper wetting agent (soap-like stuff),...Coco-Wet is my choice!

@HandsomeJohnny -- milk can help fight mildew, by raising pH mainly,.. potassium bicarbonate is another good choice,....
