Is this Nute burn?

Hi all was just wondering if this was Nute burn or any other kind of deficiency?
The plant is 5 weeks old under migro 200 light and I have been feeding them grow nutrients at a reduced amount on the bottle.

--Pictures including WHOLE PLANT PICS, and troubled leaves.. use normal light or flash as other light sources ruin color rendering, critical for diagnostics!

I would guess a phosphorus deficiency. That is the P in NPK ratios. Might be a good idea to add some high P source such as bone meal or lime. That is just my guess though

We need more info man,... fill out the patient form in the Sticky article section above this one, just c/p it into here and fill out,... knowing what it is, and knowing the cause are the ticket here to fixing it... no data = no idea....
Ca and P defc, can both look alike, I'm leaning toward P defc. here... Why needs be determined from the details,..

-Medium/grow method plagron light mix
-Feed and supplements used: Plagron alga grow (4-2-4) , Power roots ,vita race and have now started giving Plagron alga bloom(3-2-5) at a reduced dose
-Water source: pH reduced bottled water
-Strain and age: Skunk #1 and Hindu Kush , 6 weeks
-Climate: 23-28° , humidity hovers around 40-55%
- Light used: Led Migro 200 wattage;235
light cycle hours (18/6); distance to tops:
30-35cm
-Additional info: How long have the plants been affected?Around a week.
-How fast did symptoms appear? Pretty rapidly

What is the PH in the root zone? If you do not have a meter you need one. We recommend an Accurate 8 (or clone) Blue lab soil probe; If you go Blue Lab be sure to get the right one as they make several.

This looks like a phosphorus deficiency to me but PH can cause it as well. Bottled water can have a PH as high as 9.0 or as low as 6.5 so you need to know what you are starting with.Formulas change so this may not be accurate just a sample of what is out there:
