Is this normal for a leaf to do this?

Hello AFN, So as some of you known i have a legal medical grow going on in michigan and i'm growing sour60 and mi5 well a few of my sour 60's have this weird kink or wrinkle on just part of the leafs. here are a few pics

First pic you can see it REAL well. the second pic you can see it in the middle of it and the third pic is from looking at ground level almost.

Is this normal? or should i worry? i think maybe they just want some FOOD lol so in monday i'm heading to the store to get my GH ph kit and give them there first 1/2 of weak dosage of G,B,C,M of my Earth Juice.

Doesn't look like a cause for concern. Young plants often have some oddities to them, but those look healthy to me.

Shouldn't have to feed them yet, they look fine (thread should be moved to infirmary?)

Looks like soil, no?

Feeding an auto now will more than likely stunt it (in more than 90% of my experiences.. :p). Soil should be fine for at least the first week, most autos I'd wait til the third set of leaves excluding the cotyledons.

Could've been rough dropping the shell.. could just be an early mutant, mutants happen.

Tons of plants I've started have the first true leaves with a little kink in 'em. Don't worry an ounce about it.

@Andy - Thanks

@WhatsGoodie - Fox Farm Ocean Forest. and the are in fact a 8 days from popping out of ground. I was thinking about feeding on day 10-11. at the latest i was going to do it at 2 weeks.

@OG - thanks man. I was hopeing it wasn't anything to stress about.

I agree, it's not panic time, but you do have a little something going on there. Crinkled leaves usually indicate a pH issue but I see you are going to get a pH kit so you can buffer your water. It should work itself out, if you start watering with buffered (6.3-6.8 pH) water.

Don't feed yet! :D Seriously, the FFOF has all the ferts (and hopefully not more than) you'll need 'til sex.

im with dirt on this. ffof soil runs hot. lots of nutes. the norm for starting nutes with that soil is 30 days in. ph is the usual cause for minor deformities like that. still nothing to be worried about

edit: when you do get your ph test kit remember that the ph buffers are super concentrated. when i do a quarter gallon one drop adjusts about 1.4ph. impossible to get from 6 to 6.5 unless you are adjusting 3/4 a gallon or more.
