150w hps = most economically efficient grow light. With a single lamp you could pull about a quarter lb every 2 mo.
Imo id only bother with t5 for supplemental lighting along with hps @ 5000k-6500k temp

Esp when you can pick up a 150 for roughly 40 shipped, replacement bulbs for $7-9 just do the math.. cheaper to buy/keep going than most LED panels. And the electric on em is anything but expensive. Plus they make less heat than cfl...

yah but led is even less heat which is the name of the game where im at. its far too hot for me to deal with HID lighting.
