Indoor Is this Led good for Veg or Flower ??

Just got a led of a mate and wondering if it is better to use for veg, flower or both ??

It will be used alongside a 400w hps for flower and a 125w cfl for veg..

Never heard of that LED brand but unless its specifies veg or flower its a full spectrum which can be used for both. Some like the one I own have a Grow and Bloom switch.

Thanks mate, well after going to the site thats written on the front of the led I have learned that it is a dual spectrum..... Should of looked before asking !!!

you should be able to use it during flower and veg, especially as you are using other lights as well
