Is this an issue??

So I'm not sure if this is an issue or not but I'm about two weeks in. Outdoor planting. I'm seeing little holes here and there..

Part of me wonders if its burn from weather changes. We've been having dewy mornings that is leaving the top of the soil a little damp ( I havent watered in about a week now, and the soil underneath is still wet)

But I'm posting here in advance to make sure that there may not be an insect issue.

From time to time I see some sort of little yellow bug on the plant but not sure if those are bad bugs or good bugs?? This is only my second grow.

That defo looks like a bug had a little old much on your leaf, not a slug as it would be all gone by now

outdoor life hazards! Any number of leaf munchers could have done that,.. if it was a slug/snail, look for dried slime trails around there,... earwigs, 'hoppers, caterpillars are common suspects, so looks around the area and deal out some death!
