I think it is a scam.
I was spammed with ads from Newsmax.
Could they be trying to pass off hemp oil as CBD tincture equal to Charlotts Web.
They run the Sanjay Gupta CNN documentary and drop his name as if he endorses it. I emailed him to have him confirm his involvement. Waiting.
You can see that the Phony CBD Agency web site is made by the same group.
Their Prices start at $44 us for one bottle and end at $112.00 for 3

I agree, this looks like a scam. I did some whois checks on the sites, and they don't check out.
Add to that the canned, instant setup, look of those site pages, and it gives me pause, as well.

I would steer clear of these sites, personally.

Perhaps @Root could pipe in on this, as this is right in her wheelhouse..

Thanks Waxy. I smelled a rat as soon as I saw that the so called CBD agency site is the same format as the ads.

I followed the agency link to test results and what a coincidence that most of the products from International Hemp get passing grades.

Yeah, as cannabis becomes "normal", even if it isn't legal yet, we're going to find all manner of grifters and charletons trying to cash in on folks in dire need.

I think CBD oil is best made from a high CBD strain...imo it's the synergy of the cannabinoilds that work the best.

Hello root, thanks for taking the time. Isn't there a distinction between oil and tincture? Some of the print indicates theirs is one product promoted as both.

Since the march article, Florida, one of the 17 CBD onlys has legislated some changes opening dispensaries that I've read are approved to offer 8% thc. I don't know if they have delivered any.

It is pretty low to dupe those who are suffering. I see a West Palm Beach address. My next road trip I'll stop by and interview them for the Chronical Chronicle.
