Is there a best time to harvest??

So it's almost time to harvest my plants is there a best time to do this?
While the lights are off?
While lights are on?
Right after they go off?
When they first come on?
It's there a better time?

The trichomes are where I want them....

If the trics are where you want them, then harvest the plant when you want, it doesn't matter at what time of the day that you kill the plant.

Any time of day I do mine but some people keep them in darkness for a while but I personally haven't tried that and good luck with your harvest

I recall one study indicating that as terpenes evaporate during the day they are replaced at night - thus the greatest concentration of terpenes will be at the end of the dark period. Whether the difference is even noticeable is undermined. I have my doubts. IMHO, YMMV, etc.
