Is having a second veg tent to really dial in humidity and ppfd for veg worth it?

I have a established flowering tent,

3x3 GGT,
California Lightworks Solarxtreme 500,
Botanicare PBP Advanced Nutrients,
Sunshine Advanced #4 in a drain to waste system with great results,

And I'm torn between setting up a small veg specific / quantum board tent, or getting a R.O. Filter set up,

is the initial cost of a second enviroment worth it to control those parameters and to feed the flower tent in the long run?

the way i look at it is a time thing does your current harvest keep you going untill the next one is ready if not then id say its worth it to give you a head start on the next run you will go from harvesting every 8-10 weeks to every 4-6

My current situation is set up to be a staggered harvest with three plants.
Single light. Using risers to bring seedlings up, humidity dome etc... it’s a lot of accommodations to make it work and I think my light is powerful enough to flower and finish multiple autos. 400 watts / 45 watt sqf tuned spectrum COB.

I have no real control over root zone temps, or humidity in winter beyond 40% currently, it's purely a flowering enviroment. I could also make use of finer control in drying and curing with a tent as well, that really could speed up the process and cycle again allowing me to veg...

I've always started my plants in a separate area and vegged for 3-4 weeks...starting 1 or 2 a week perpetually and rotating into a bloom tent.
My veg area is a 3x3x5 cabinet...T5, fan and heat pad.
My system is simple and provides me with an abundance of weed which my friends help me with disposal.
