New Grower intercept

my seeds were taken out of packet and a letter of intercept was put in . saying there was no certificate. legal shit .said seeds were destroyed. i signed for this. HELP WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Nothing you can do, except hang on to the letter, call or mail OSS and ask them to resend IF you had an option for guaranteed delivery. Chances are, you will have to re-order. Bummer to hear man! Hope you had the guaranteed delivery option. I was just on their site and they offer it!

I had this happen a year and a half ago. Thats all, they destroyed seeds to which in the letter they said something like seeds of unknown type. Anyway, they destroyed them, end of story. Like they destroyed the evidence and couldn't identify what they were. Then I took picture of the letter and package and the seedbank I used sent me replacements. BTW, Thank you for your service. I wouldn't worry about it, happens frequently.

It depends on what country you're in. If you're in the US and it was in the mail (as apposed to Fed-Ex or UPS or such), you have nothing to worry about. Without a warrant (and no judge would sign one to bust some American dude buying seeds), the law can't touch you.

It would have happened at customs.
