Been lurking for a while whilst considering starting a grow, and now that I have decided to go for it I figured it would be a good time to introduce myself.
I am a total Virgin at this and came to the conclusion (after watching/assisting a friend with a budget White Widow Auto soil grow) that I wanted to give 'grow your own' a bash.
I am from Ireland, and possibly (marginally) insane.
When you add those 2 things together, you come up with a frightening number that explains why my first grow is going to be DWC.
With that in mind, I have purchased the following:
1.2 x 1.2 x 2m Tent
Carbon filter, extractor, intake & 3 clip fans for circulation.
Aeros IV 4-pot DWC.
Remo Nutrients line.
600w Lumi Ballast and 600w Sunblaster Dual Spectrum HPS
PH Meter, EC Meter, calibration fluid, PH Up and PH Down.
Couple of SCROG nets
A few other bits and pieces.

First grow is going to be 3 x Fruit Punch Auto from Heavyweight Seeds and 1 x Cheese Auto from Original Sensible Seeds.

The tent is all set up and I am just waiting for a few more items to get delivered before I begin.

If you need help with anything, this is the right place. Great peeps and info on here, let alone really experinced growers that will help the growee's. If you need help with DWC, dont hesitate, some really good growers also do DWC (I also am doing DWC, but no expert grower for me,trying though). Welcome Again!

sapnin shagger! welcome to afn! i love helping hydro growers but not many noobs have the bottle for it so i dont get to very often : ( hit me up @EvilScotsman like that if you get stuck with anythin mate. im no expert but done a couple grows now and got it well sussed now. your tents gonna explode if you get this right like. pop your gead into the hydro section aswell and have a look about in there. theres a few guys with similar systems ive spotted. i think @sanguine uses something like that.
