Hey guys i need answers, im kinda worried but maybe for nothing and im hoping you will help me put here. So i have regular photo plants in a room with light on 24 hours because they are in veg and the light has been on 24 hours all the time for sure but i noticed the hairs of prefloweri g showing on these plants and it had me thinking on what could have caused this, so my thought was the autoflower plants i have put in the same room, and what i mean by saying that they maybe have an effect on my photo plants is that maybe its possible for the ruderalis side from autoflowrrs give an energy off having an impact on photo plants? Is this possible?

This post grabbed me on an esoteric level. I note you have referred to "energy" a couple of times on this thread. So by using that term, rather than asking your question purely on accepted plant biological & physiological knowledge, I am feeling that you are touching on plant consciousness ?

I have little knowledge of indoor growing, or what would normally happen to photo's under 24 hrs, but looking at your plant, it looks young (sorry if i missed it's age was stated), so should not be showing pre flowers ? The next bit's where it grabbed me.

I am an outdoor grower. I have one bag seed plant which I can only assume is from a photo plant that is 6-7 weeks old. It is sitting close to nine auto's ranging 4-5 weeks old, four of which are pre flowering well. I am new to auto's and find it strange to look at young plants pre flowering, but understand the breeding behind them, but to see this photo plant almost behaving like an auto...??? Is that what you are saying ? that this plant is possibly taking on the energy (of the auto's) via consciousness, then delivering via chemical means into the physical to adapt ? There is some very interesting doco's about plant intelligence, consciousness & evolution and whilst wondering about my photo prefloering near my auto's, I saw your post. :Ohmmm.......: or, I'm tripping balls !

Yes thats exactly what i meant, couldnt word it better. As i believe its more than just a plant i believe it has capabilities we might not know of i will be observing on whats happening with the plants. Many thanks to the replies and the info guys, i wont be as worried now. But am still thinking whether it could be autos causing this but theyve only been there fpr over a week .

Yes thats exactly what i meant, couldnt word it better. As i believe its more than just a plant i believe it has capabilities we might not know of i will be observing on whats happening with the plants. Yes plants can "talk" to eachother but no, autos can not make a photoperiod go auto. Its just not scientifically possible.

I don't know.. from what I have seen on some doco's, maybe, would have to ask scientists who have studied plant intelligence, it would be interesting to get their thoughts on our observations

Agreed, not scientifically possible. What's the best explanation for our observations ? Could I have an auto bag seed ?
