One that has similar specs as pictured. This is the one that I have and it's way too noisy.

Piezoelectric air pumps are super silent but have a much more limited air flow. If you can find one that suits your needs it will be way quieter but I think the market is full of smaller models nowhere near 45l/min
Maybe not helpful because specs are different, but similarly priced...the Pawfly 7w 254gph I'm using is pretty quiet, though only 16L/m if my
math + metric conversion is accurate; but, I am only using it for a 4-manifold setup for bottom watered soil grows currently, so ymmv.
