Identify this bug

Found these today in my soil and on my leaves. I think they are a "mold might" or tyrophagus putrescentiae. Does anyone have any experience with these. I sprayed all my plants with Dr. Zymes immediately and cleaned my tent.
 
I've read that the tyrophagus putrescentiae mite may not be harmful to your plants and also could be a beneficial mite in some ways. I do not see any noticable damage to my leaves yet.
 
soil mites are harmless, but that pic isn't clear enough to be sure.. normally they don't venture up the plant...

Yeah they kept moving. I'll try to get a better shot
