hello everyone today is day 71, and I believe its time to start the cleanse. I would appreciate ALOT of input. I figured I will cleanse slowly over next two weeks and hopefully get more growth.
this one has been so much fun, last one was work(but was 1st one too lol). I added some cfl to my led but it appears that either I had y light too close and didn't let it stretch enough or maybe I just fucked up and did most things right. let me know. next grow will be same strain which is the krippleberry just wished the top cola would have gotten bigger. thanks to trapper for his advice as well as blue and the rest of the community. merry Christmas everyone and may it be ver very green

Guess what?!?! ... We're day 71 twins! lol

Your buds look quite dense and about ready. It's difficult to see if they are still putting out lots of white hairs - but if not - start the cleanse! Do you have a scope to look at the trichs? I made the mistake of harvesting a photoperiod too early and i'm really disappointed with the results. I'll never harvest early again!
If you want something that is gonna knock you on your ass - wait for nealy all cloudy and (possibly) amber trichs

I'll be leaving mine another week at least before i start the cleanse.

she is but very slowly now. I don't have a 420 scope but will be getting one soon money just too tight with me being on disability as a vet. do have a magnifier glass regular type though. my ph was going good then bamm was like 4.5 to 5.5 I think I may have fert. instead of water by mistake. so tryingto reulatenow with smll feeding to helpph come back up. I us ap waterthas left out fr thee day and its 6.5 to 7 regularly any advice is helpful

Just an FYI, in case it applies...when you don't water enough (get the proper amount of run off) nutes will collect in the bottom of the pot and concentrate in a fashion that acidifies the soil.

I always water/feed to at least 10% run-off. And I SledgeHammer flush about half way through to "gesso the canvas" so to speak.

Sidenote - Amazon has little Chinese "currency microscopes" that attach to smartphones and have a little LED light...very handy for examining trichs....like $11 dollars.
Only problem is that they take like a month to get to the states. But it's a good cheap option for trichome examination.

Could very well be...

It's important to check and adjust (buffer) the pH of your feed solutions too.

Some people swear by 10-20% runoff every water, some don't. Tang (for instance) NEVER waters to runoff but does do a thorough FLUSH halfway through the grow. Next time I would at least do a flush in the middle.

While this is true, it's also dependent on what nutes you're using....TaNg is using AN pH Perfect...IIRC. HUGE difference from something like synth nutes.
