So with my second grow I have started 2 photos to use as mothers for cloning they are now 62 Days from seed. I finally got all my supplies to start my clones and today took my first cuttings today 4 of each strain. I cut them so there was 3 nodes with I put in a glass of water, I trimmed the leaves off the bottom leaving the top leaves i cut these so there was 1/2 leaf. I scraped the bottom of the cutting and dipped this into rooting powder.
Yesterday I filled my cloning trays with vermiculite Packing it in and allowed them to soak up water overnight, then today I used a skewer to make my hole for the cutting. Once I put the cutting in I gently push the vermiculite so it was in contact, I lightly sprayed the leaves with water and put them in the side of my small tent with a humidifier to bring the humidity up.

Good luck with cloning. To me, that always seems like one of those skills you either have or don't. Some people get roots and are successful every time, others no matter what they do can't get roots. Unfortunately, I'm the latter.

Keep at it, it’ll happen and once it does you’ll get roots every time too.

So we are at the third day since I took the cutting from the mothers they have recovered from it, the clones look very healthy I put the Reservoir on the seedling heating mat and humidifier their has been no drooping of the leaves and they are a very healthy green.

We are at 8 days since the clones were taken, they are still very healthy green, I starting to see some new growth on them and today I could see roots through the cloning starter.

The mothers are 70 Days Old now and are getting big and bushy they are doing really well, I had to tie the light up higher to give them some more space and got to figure out what I’m going to do with them put them outside or get a bigger tent.
