New Grower humidity

hi guys i think i need some help with humidity, my grow room is currently sitting between 60-63% without any extraction(not started my grow yet) or lights, i was wondering if when i add my light and extraction will this put the humidity up or down? and what humidity should i be aiming for?

You're not too far off and okay for veg but a little high for flowering. You'll want it in the 40 - 50% range then. Ventilation and lights on should help to bring it down. I have no dehumidification in my area and my levels are often in the same range as yours. Only problem I've had was a bit of mold a couple times in late flowering. A second circulation fan fixed that.
