Indoor humidity and condensation...?

So I've set up my new soil grow in my 4x4x7 space.. running 465 cfm exhaust with a 1000w hps cool tube. I've had great success with keeping the area below 90F, well this is my first winter doing a grow inside and I'm taking advantage of the cold outside air by sucking it through the cool tube to better cool my hps and exhausting it through my indoor heat/ac ducting thinking that the bulb would heat up the air enough enough I wouldn't have to use the heater.. though its not coming out as hot as I thought it would its still alright. My PROBLEM is that now because of the moisture from the soil during watering, my humidity is pretty high, which is forming some condensation pretty bad on/in the cool tube and ducting inside the grow area.. being as the air in is cold and the space around is hot.. I get that but.. I am kinda paranoid about my bulb getting water on it or in the socket as well as any other sort of electrical fire caused by condensation around the bulb socket.. would I be better off just letting the cool air blow directly in the space making what I guess would be a backwards passive air flow..?.. I am using one of those exhale CO2 accelerators and was told to not exhaust the air in the grow space with that powerful of a fan to instead just use blade fans in the space to keep air circulating.. any advice is appreciated :)
