fine-ass '22 harvest!
SeedBank :

-- Humboldt Seed Organization

Strain:

-- Gorilla Breath (photosensitive)

Soil/hydro:

-- soil; Empire Builder (Sanctuary Soil)... excellent stuff if you can find it!

Nutes:
.... it's easier to picture; mainly MegaCrop 2.0 in veg., then a friend recommended I try Roots Organics Terp Tea Bloom 3-7-4... I like it! Very finely granulated, so it dissolves and penetrates soil well.... Also, their HPK (liquid bat-poo basically) 0-4-3, little hits of Open Sesame (very high PK) and then Bud Explosion (high K) for finishing...
...a variety of supplements used.... *(the salt substitute is for Cl-, a micronute)

Light (kind and schedule):

:cools:full Sun! ...max light is 14/10 at this Lat',...

From seed to harvest date:
This pheno' was blazing crazy fast! :coffee::hothot: --- about 13 weeks total, only 5 in bloom! For a full photo' outside that's almost crazy talk; only thing that I've grown this quick is Sweet Green Poison F1FV (= fast version), which is half auto!

Dry Yield: 5+oz

>>> RATE SCALE: (*) = bad, to (*****) = great <<<

BAG APPEAL:
****1/2

-- buds are light green and smothered in resin, giving them a silvery sugary look; not really compacted in that sense of density, but are stiff and heavy with resin...
-- buds are solid in feel, very very gummy.... they make a mess of scissor blades fast!

THE GROWTH: ***1/2

-- she grew with no troubles in veg', formed a nice stout Christmas tree-like structure; tolerant and hardy. She did get some branch bending to open her up some...
-- bloom, as noted above, but with the caveat that she (this pheno' at least) was not very mold resistant... I had better than usual conditions (warm and dry for Fall), but it was still a daily fight to seek & treat during the last stage of bloom; sheer speed saved her from less favorable conditions and serious issues, IMO....

THE SMELL: ****

-- She had an earthy-hashy, citrus/lime/light fuel, spicy aroma at harvest... After dry/cure: a rich hashy-spicy, earthy/aromatic woods, sour citrus/light metallic aroma...

THE SMOKE: ***1/2
.... flavor is hashy-spicy, woods... durable.... In a doobie, that taste carries all the way down to the nubby roach, very nice; smoke is really heavy by then... Room smoke aroma is wonderful, complex woods+hashy...
.... not the smoothest smoke, definite bit o' bite to it...(yes, she finished clean, well cured too).... this reminds me a lot of more traditional hashplant types, especially landrace cultivars that were not made or known for bud smoking, but for hash only...

THE HIGH: ****1/2
- very potent effect, fairly balanced body/head, leaning toward body side of things.... sets in pretty quickly! High has good durability, 2+hours but quite strong at first...
-- relaxing, but not outright sedating,...you go down to 3/4 time after just a 2-3 tokes; heavy toking drops a warm lead blanket on you, kinda incapacitating actually  ... Overall, a pleasant mind/body buzz with lighter dosing, head flattening if you indulge more deeply!:dizzy:....

Very nice report friend she is a nice plant just not very mold resistant I've noticed several phenos each was good plan on running her again to see what happens in better weather conditions last year was the worst weather in ten years.

:smokeout: Thanks brudda Dank!
Knowing more pheno's than I do, is what you see here more or less in line with what you've experienced with them? Did you find any speed queens or one with better mold resistance? I'm apparently something of a freak magnet with pheno's- - that C+2.0, the Outdoor Grapefruit for example.... For me, it was her speed that was the real surprise!

Mine was pretty fast but mold was issue it was just pm .It was one of the worst seasons growing in a very long time in terms of weather still got some beautiful plants .My choice pheno was a mixture of menthol pine an lemon with a slight sour fuel smell very unique she came out white with a light golden affect to the flowers not super dense but still firm with heavy yields as well here's a pic of her

Sounds like you got very different terp's brudda, and a nice combo too...
You know, I have yet to get PM against all odds-...but the botrytis has been a sunna-bitch! This newest location, 2nd year in a row, it's attacking main stem and branches... The Skunk Special almost got girdled near the base last year! :eek1: ... I used the powdered sulfur "paint" to stop it, and the fucking snail that decided the stem tasted pretty good -- that's how it got in,....
Don't forget about RotBlock Dank', you'd be a choice tester! Have you touched bases with them yet? I'm pretty sure I mentioned you to them when they came aboard,...

oh yeah, gotta tag @HSO-Mark

:toke: My pleasure mate! I surely wish you were available to have your head flattened by her- :dizzy::haha:... I do NOT share this with lightweight friends, it's too much! They go deaf, mute,... then nite-nite :rofl:

Humm never used rotblock yep the Oregon rain sure can be intense definitely trying to figure out ways to stop the pm in a light dep methodology so far I know I will have improvements from what I learned last year already cleaning out the old greenie its been a really mild winter an would love to get some extra veg time for my girls on the first pull of the tarp .
