Hello together,

I will start growing soon but I´m scared that my neighbors can smell the smoke when I open my balcony door.I have 3 balconies directly next my one.

I have a 4l ONA container with breeze fan but I´m not sure if it can really eliminate the smell of a joint.
With kitchen odours it works. But it´s also quite expensive.

Do you guys have experience with ozon generators or other devices?

Thanks for your help!!!

Mike

It's all about extraction. You would be better off with a box fan (blowing out) in a window and exhale into that. Or put the fan at one of the balcony doors. At least it will blow the odor out in a stream so to speak, instead of it just lingering. For inside the house, you can get an air purifier which can help as well.

Ozone Generators work great, but are something that must be run without pets or humans present. It will kill any plants that bathe in it. However, it is a fantastic tool between grows for disinfecting the grow room and a nice item to set to run for an hour in a room and leave it sealed until you return at the end of the day.

And for a smoking room? Great there as well. You could also consider building yourself a downdraft DIY carbon scrubber than could sit in the room hidden to help decrease the potency of those sessions.

Also, You might consider moving to a vaporizer. It has a very faint signature compared to combustion and I can taste every single Flaw in my grow now...(lol) I use an E-Nano and it is as simple and easy as can be. And the Meds last forever. A Nug can cover the whole day and I am a moderate heavy smoker.

Vapourizer for sure....a unit like the extreme Q is a bit costly, but they emit very little smell, and they are VERY economical on herb supply as puddletane said.

Thanks for your suggestions. Now I know that a ozone generator is nothing for me.
I have an Arizer V-tower vaporizer but in the past I had the feeling that smoking hits more.So I think I will give the Arizer a new chance and use additionally ONA or a air purifier.
@Puddentane I dont really know what a Carbon scrubber is.Are they available completely or do you have to build it yourself?

Vape! The smell is practically none and the Ona will handle the rest. [emoji121] [emoji6]

On a lower budget, something like a Cloupor tank and a Tesla battery won't cost that much...

Or, even the Viva, which is a true vaporizer compared to the Cloupor that has a bit of combustion, has really come down in price!

OK you convinced me.I dont really remember if it smelled when I used the Arizer.
And if it´s really that efficient like you guys say it´s even better.I also dont remember if I used less with the vaporizer.

Thank you for the infos of the vape pen, they became really affordable compared to 5 years ago.

Wish everybody a good smoke or vape!:pass:
