There are both photo and auto variants, how would be the way to get an auto cross from them?

if you got reg seeds use a male to pollinate the female its takes a bit till you got a full auto flower strain if you cross a photo with a auto.
Check the breeding thread and if you got some more questions just ask.

I have a healthy wild thai auto @ about 14 days and a malana bomb auto a bit slow at 20ish days.

What would happen if I could turn the runt malana bomb to male and get seed off the thai ryder?

If both parents auto and you turn one girl to a male you will have auto fem seeds.
