Hi friends
i take a brainstorm but i dont know if iam on the right way.
some exampels:

(M1= 100%sativa) x (M2=100%indica) = f1 50/50 sativa/indica

(M1 =50/50 sativa/indica) x (M2= 50/50 sativa/indica) = f1 50/50 sativa/indica

(M1 = 60 /40 sativa/indica) x (M2= 40/60 sativa/indica) = f1 50/50 sativa/indica

(M1= 50/30/20 sativa/indica/rudrealis) x (M2= 40/40/20 sativa/indica/ruderalis) = f1 45/35/20 sativa/indica/ruderalis

Is this the true way to calculate it?

Im no pro but the main distinction between the Cannabis subspecies is look and growth pattern for certain climates, along with High/Low THC vs. CBD.
Sativa = Tall, Thin Leaves, Airy Buds, High THC (Wet Equatorial Climate)
Indica = Shorter and Wider, Fat Leafed, Dense Flower, High THC (Dry Temperate Climate)
Ruderalis = Dwarf, Sparse Bud, High CBD (Wild Northern Climate)

I dont think looks are as important as cannabinoid profile. Sativa High THC, Indica Equal THC/CBD, Ruderalis High CBD.
But depends on what you wanna harvest, thats how i compare plants.
