If you can handle the heat go for the 1000watt. Nobody can say for sure what kind of yield ther getting with a1000watt bulb ther are to many variables other than lights that come into play like strain, soil,nutes and etc.Your yield might be a little better with the 1000 watt so use it if you can and see what happens.
