As a new grower, on grow 2/3(perpetual) im finding the humungous importance of taking logs and notes on everything from watering, deficiencies, toxicitys, feeding schedule, dates, weeks, ideas, thoughts ect ect..
My thoughts on an app that would do that would have a main screen with customizable tabs(each tab corresponding to a dif plant) once clicked on plant, relative info such as last feed, water, worries, days old, ect ect could be found.
Any body use anything like this? If not, whats your go to way of keeping track of where your at?

There's some apps for journaling I've tried i but I just use the forums. I do my entries like this but I have a nutrient, foliar, and general routine so I don't keep track much more than that. I try not to complicate things and hammer them out so that I don't have to scrounge through old data.

Surely there is some free app available that would work. Anyone know of any?

Every grow goes in my book. Strain, medium, nutrients used, lights etc. The basics of every run. The book is now almost 20 years old.

I keep an individual chart for each run as well, this gets transcribed (only important things) into the book. Then these get tossed. In addition, I may do a journal online.

I've messed with the apps, seem all miss something I find important...

Keeping records was not something many of us were trained to do... actually trained the opposite.

Keeping notes like these would snag you an extra charge when the man raided the grow.

Theres an app in the play store called jane, its not bad, can keep track of all the info you need, it tracks how old and what stage they are in, you can set reminders for watering feeding etc
