Indoor Hours of light and autostrains question.

So i've seen a lot of different hours being used. but mostly its 24/0, 20/4, 18/6 and 16/8.

What is the best to use. I have mine at 16/4 assuming the dark is goingo help bud production and resin production.


pls correct me if i need to change my lights to higher amount of hours.

Most breeders generally recommend 20/4, which is what I use for mine. Others here are running 18/6 or 24/0 with good results. 20/4 is a good place to start, then you can always experiment.

first grow i ran 20/4 this one i've ran 18/6 and cant really tell a dif to be honest.

its been said 2 weeks 20/4 then finish 18/6 acording to the joint doctor
