I know Zenseeds Hofman come from a LSD father plant but does anyone know which lines the mother comes from?
The only thing I can find is "an outstanding Ruderalis"
I don't buy that, It can’t be a pure Ruderalis straight from Mexico or the Russian taiga? :D
When they write Ruderalis I guess they mean it’s an autoflower, but there is now a huge variety of autoflowers to choose from so I hope to get some more info about the Hofman mother plant :)

I found the same information. I think it's plausible though. Early versions and autoflowers ecspecially have ruderallis genetics. It would come down to selecting traits ultimately. You can breed an auto or ruderallis with a photo and have semi autos where some will autoflower and some will not, but flower earlier.
You could always send an email. Some breeders are hush about some specifics also. Little things like lighting times they may consider as their secret. So genetics definitely isn't out of the question. With the various ruderallis strains available now I don't see it as that far-fetched myself. Some straight ruderallis had been known to be better than your average mids or headies also, maybe that's what they are referring to. Good luck hunting.
