Hi all just joined as me n the misses just started our first grow, done lots of research on the AFN - so thank you all for the advice and getting us this far.
We've started with a Snowstorm Autofem (3wks old), also doing a feminized Masterkush (5wks old), DWC bubble buckets, using CFL's & Advanced Nutes -Just put them both into flower so here go's things looking great so far!

Easy mate,wecome to AFN nice to have you here.you say you've put them into flower,and I see this icon in your post :1212: I'm wondering if you've put put them on a 12/12 light cycle? With autos this is not required mate.most members run 18/6 or 20/4 from start to finish :smokebuds:

Welcome to AFN mate im the same as Red confused what you mean by you put them into flower? If there autos get the lights on either 18/6 20/4 or even 24/0 all have great resualts What CFLs you running? i Used CFLs my first 5 grows now im on LEDs but still have my CFLs too big bad 300w and 125w dual spec lamps :smokebuds:

Hi, Yes we had to put it on 12/12 as we have a normal masterkush in with it, as they say experience is something you learn when its to late lol we now know to put autos in together in the future. had to put the kush into flower as its looking to be a beast!!

Hi Mate - yer looked into the LED's will have to save up for those bad boys! - We learned to late and put an auto in with a normal so have had to switch to 12/12 for that one but beginers mistake we know now but have some more auto's lined up will put them in together, running mixture of cfl's 200w dual spec, 65w, 25w, prob about 500w - been wondering about chucking in hps for some extra power through flowering but gonna see what kind of buds i get from this set up first - do you recon i'll get them dense with cfl's seen mixed views on this?

Hi to the Missus as well. I don't have much to offer as advice is concerned in the growing area, as there are more experienced growers here than myself.
