What's going on when 80% of what you pour on the plant comes out the bottom

What pots you using? Not an expert so def not gonna act like it but can give you some people who could answer. If u do like this they should see it!

Hopefully not cuz it has too much Perlite in their but if that’s the case they prob have solutions
