First off lights 400watts cfls are two 2700k one 5500k, FFOF with FF BB nutes soil at 6.8. 18/6 light/dark time. Temp stays around 88 with a 40% humidity.

Now on to the problem, I am on day 60 of this plant with no signs of flowering. I had a five day period with the inside of the box over 110+ degrees, thought she was dead, started to come back alive, within the last week she started to show more growth. In a couple of the pictures it looks like the female parts are dying off. Seriously need some help with this funky smelling bitch.

I think your excess heat may be stressing it. Ideal is 78 - 80 degrees, below 85 is okay, so you need to get your temps down. Also, your pH is too high. 6.3 - 6.5 is the proper range. It's possible you may have to switch it to 12/12 to get it to flower but I'd get your temps and pH in line first.

Temperatures are of great importance to a healthy and stout grow. Each specie of cannabis have subtle preferences as per what is their ideal temps.A sativa plant adapted to tropics and equatorial conditions will thrive under higher temps and humidity as Indicas enjoy slightly lower temps and less humid conditions.
The same different preferences exist under different life cycles. A veg plant will have different needs of temperatures as well as lights than a flowering plant.
The temps are also directly linked to light. Plants under very bright lights enjoy more warmer temps than others.

As Muddy said, generally temperatures below 85F are better for growing conditions. What happens when the temps rise above this optimal conditions is that the plant will spend more time maintaining their temperature by transpiration than in photosynthesis. So they should have plenty of water under those conditions.

My personal experience with autos and peak range temps, is that the plant halts the growth and then resumes it when conditions get better. The flowering will be delayed and the normal growth charts provided by seed banks will no longer apply.

The ideal temps according to Rosenthal are these:
Germ - 70/78
Veg - 68/82
Flowering - 68/80
Cloning - 75/85

I knew the heat would probably stress it out, I did not know if she could recover from that. Seems to look healthyish compared to a couple weeks ago, I do see some signs of flowering which is a good thing. I will also try to get my ph level down. Third auto grow with grass o matic auto ak and this one is causing me to stress out, needy little fuckers. Think I will stick to world of seeds and joint doctor.
